All goods available in the store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If, after receiving the goods, you discover any technical defects or that they were mechanically damaged during delivery, please contact us:

We would like to inform you that we do not accept any parcels sent back to us on delivery. Parcels should be sent via Poczta Polska, priority parcel. We will refund the costs associated with returning the complaint to us immediately after receiving the shipment and accepting the complaint. Attach the invoice received with the shipment with the note "complaint". We will replace the product with a full-value one. If this is no longer possible (for example due to exhaustion), we will offer other products available in our store to choose from.

Each customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22 of the Civil Code and the user of the Modelmania online store has the right - pursuant to legal provisions - to withdraw from the concluded contract for the purchase of goods (services), without giving a reason, within the period described below. The declaration of withdrawal should be sent to the following address:

Deadline:

The consumer has the right to withdraw within a maximum period of 14 days, which begins on the day the consumer receives the goods. The deadline is deemed to have been met if, before its expiry, the consumer sends a declaration of withdrawal to the address provided above.

Reimbursement of benefits:

In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered not concluded. What the parties have provided is returned unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the scope of ordinary management. The return should be made immediately, no later than within 14 days. The purchased goods should be returned to the following address:

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer, unless the withdrawal is caused by even a temporary inability of Modelmania to provide the properties ordered by the consumer.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:

The consumer's right to withdraw from the contract is excluded in the case of:

     musical and audiovisual recordings and computer programs stored on IT data carriers after the consumer has removed their original packaging
     contracts for services for which the price or remuneration depends solely on price movements on the financial market
     goods (services) that go beyond the standard offer of the store, prepared at the customer's special request and tailored to his individual needs
     services which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or whose items deteriorate quickly
     delivering press
